All our products are made in Italy, in 100% Made in Italy Genuine Leather and have a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse or normal loss of color and wear and tear of materials. But it applies to manufacturing defects. Each of our leather bags or accessories is handcrafted and subjected to careful quality controls. Small imperfections can be attributed to the craftsmanship of the product, just as slight variations in color are naturally linked to the tanning and manufacturing process: this is not a defect, but an advantage because it makes your bag unique. Furthermore, if you are not satisfied you have 14 days to change your mind and request a product exchange (see Returns Policy).

Shipping and Deliveries

Shipping costs €2.90 and is free for orders over €40.00 in Italy. International shipping varies from country to country and is automatically calculated at checkout.

Order processing times depend on the availability of the items. If paying by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the funds are credited. Delivery times vary from 3/4 working days for Italy and 4/5 working days for international shipments. Usually, all orders are delivered no later than 7 working days.

The customer is required to verify that the products received correspond to those of the order placed. If the delivered products have defects, the customer must contact FrasiBags no later than 48 hours after delivery, sending an email with photos of the defects found to the following email address: info@frasibags.com.

Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on phrasebags.com. FrasiBags guarantees a 100% refund of the amount of the item(s) purchased, except for shipping costs of €15 and any local duties and taxes which WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. FrasiBags ensures the right of withdrawal from the purchase no later than 14 days from the delivery date. The refund will be made no later than 10 days from receipt of the returned goods. The following are not subject to the right of withdrawal: personalized products and products purchased by individuals for professional purposes

All products without labels or with labels removed, used or incomplete will not be refunded. The customer in possession of an account must make the return request from the appropriate section within his personal area. The customer who has expressly renounced to create an account must communicate his wish to withdraw from the purchase by registered mail to the address: FrasiBags, Via Erbosa 30C/2, Campi Bisenzio 50013 (Florence) Italy, possibly followed by a email to info@frasibags.com.

FrasiBags reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and return them to the sender. Any acceptance of such returns will however entail a charge of up to 20% of the value of the returned goods or the issuing of a refund in the form of store credit.

In case of free returns, FrasiBags will provide the prepaid label. If a different label is used, the return shipping cost will not be refunded. For each return request an email will be sent with the prepaid label.

For all other cases, the return is the responsibility of the customer who is fully responsible for it. For this reason FrasiBags recommends using a traceable shipping system.
